Maud de Lusignan was born about 1208 in La Marche, Poictou, France.  Maud de Lusignan's father was Raoul I de Lusignan and her mother was Alice de Eu de Hastings.  Her paternal grandparents were Hugh VIII le Brun de Lusignan and Bourgogne de Rancon; her maternal grandparents were Henry II de Eu de Hastings and Maud de Warenne Plantagenet. She had two brothers and a sister, named Guarin, Raoul III d'Exoudun and Jehanne.  She was the youngest of the four children.  She died on August 14th, 1241.  She was buried in Llanthony Priory, Gloucester, England.


Maud de Lusignan's family with Humphrey V the Good Earl de Bohun

‌Maud de Lusignan and Humphrey V the Good Earl were married in a religious ceremony in 1236 in France.  They had a son and two daughters, named Humphrey VI the Younger, Mathilda (Maud) and Alicia (Cecilia).
