Michael Shaver 
Michael was born on April 20th, 1818 in Greenbrier County, Virginia. Michael's father was George E. Shaver and his mother was Isabelle Rodgers. His paternal grandparents were Christopher Shaffer and UNKNOWN Elizabeth; his maternal grandparents were Michael Rodgers and Catharine Troxel. He had four brothers and nine sisters, named Peter, Samuel McClung, Infant Son, George Washington, Rebecca, Sarah, Catharine, Elizabeth, Mary Crawford, Rachael, Eliza Kems, Margaret and Isabella Francis. He was the second oldest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 38 on January 30th, 1857 in Kane County, Illinois. He was buried in Whitney Cemetery, St. Charles, Illinois.-
