Walter Shaffer

Walter was born after 1875. Walter's father is Reece Shaffer and his mother is Elizabeth Evans. His paternal grandparents were George W. Shaffer and Betsy Sharpe. He has two brothers and two sisters, named George, Gus, Mertie and Lola. He is the second oldest of the five children.
