Nellie Erma was born on November 16th, 1919. Nellie Erma's father was Edgar Peter Shaffer and her mother was Emma Clarissa Hicks. Her paternal grandparents were Peter Shaffer and Martha Martin; her maternal grandparents were John Jr Hicks and Sara Richmond. She had ten brothers and three sisters, named Hobart Herman, Earl Elmore, Jesse Oven, Estes Malloy, Carl Edward, Denville Hersley, Raymond, Clergy, Clifton, Living, Eva Lenore, Martha Veva and Mary Vella. She died at the age of 52 on May 1st, 1972.-
