Daniel Knappenberger

Daniel was born in 1790 in Northampton County, Pennsylvania. Daniel's father was Johan Henrich Knappenberger and his mother was Anna Margaretha Desch. His paternal grandparents were Johan Michael Knappenberger and Catherina Heilig. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Johan Adam, Conrad, Johan Philip, Johann Jacob, Johan Henrich Jr., Johan George, Anna Margaretha, Maria, Catherina, Rosina and Lydia. He was the youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 72 in 1862.
