Catherina Knappenberger 
Catherina was born on September 26th, 1773 in Macungie Township, Northampton (later Lehigh) County, Pennsylvania. Catherina's father was Johan Henrich Knappenberger and her mother was Anna Margaretha Desch. Her paternal grandparents were Johan Michael Knappenberger and Catherina Heilig. She had seven brothers and four sisters, named Johan Adam, Conrad, Johan Philip, Johann Jacob, Johan Henrich Jr., Johan George, Daniel, Anna Margaretha, Maria, Rosina and Lydia. She was the fifth oldest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 86 on August 8th, 1860 in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania.General Notes
