Cedric Rawlin was born on June 23rd, 1911 in Litchville, North Dakota. Cedric Rawlin's father was Rawlin Amasa Kinzer and his mother was Bertha Louise Prentice. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Kinzer and Emma Crosiar. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Joseph Arthur, Bruce Prentice, Roy Edward, Robert Bruce, Russell Howard, Dorothy Emma, Pearl Elizabeth, Doris Louise, Jesse May and Emma Zoulieka. He is the third oldest of the eleven children.-
