Loy Turner 
Loy was born on October 4th, 1902.1 Loy's father was George William Turner and her mother was Penetta A. Salmon. Her paternal grandparents are William Turner and Cynthia Haywood; her maternal grandparents were John Anderson Salmon and Mary Ann Tutor. She had six brothers and four sisters, named Orin Jackson, Brown Lee, Chesterfield F., George Warren, Jessie L., Organ H., Mary Etta, Ada, Corrina and Anna Belle.
