Ada Turner 
Ada was born on November 17th, 1881.1 Ada's father was George William Turner and her mother was Penetta A. Salmon. Her paternal grandparents are William Turner and Cynthia Haywood; her maternal grandparents were John Anderson Salmon and Mary Ann Tutor. She had six brothers and four sisters, named Orin Jackson, Brown Lee, Chesterfield F., George Warren, Jessie L., Organ H., Mary Etta, Corrina, Anna Belle and Loy. She was the fifth oldest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 84 on July 6th, 1966 in Houlka, Mississippi.1 General Notes
