Mary Elizabeth Snider 
Mary Elizabeth was born in 1851 in Illinois.1 Mary Elizabeth's father was John Snider and her mother was Rachel Smalley. Her paternal grandparents were Asa Barton Snider and Ann Uley; her maternal grandparents were Benjamin F. Smalley and Mary Liggett. She had four brothers and a sister, named Samuel Copeland, James Asa, Benjamin Smalley, John Milton and Barbara Ellen. She was the second youngest of the six children. She had a half-brother and four half-sisters, named James Louis, Sophrania Ann, Rachael Victoria, Victoria and Prudence. She died at the age of 72 on August 25th, 1923 in Rogers, Milam, TX. She was buried in McNutt-Allen Cemetery , Williamson Co., Texas.1 1 General Notes
