Achsa Victoria was born on April 18th, 1890.1 Achsa Victoria's father was George Harris Prestridge and her mother was Serena Clementine Snodgrass. Her paternal grandparents were Benjamin Bagley Prestridge and Sarah Adline Williams. She had a brother and four sisters, named Sam Cecil, Uda, Addie, Georgia and Annie Bill. She is the third youngest of the six children.-
