Olive Octavia was born on March 1st, 1865.1 Olive Octavia's father was Samuel Porter Hill and her mother was Pernecy Wheeler. Her maternal grandparents were Robert L.Wheeler and Mariah Elizabeth Campbell. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Thomas Mathew, Austin Leon, Walter Scott, William Lawner, Arabella, Mattie Mariah, Lulu May, Gracie Pearl and Lillie Lucille.
