William Cleveland 
William was born on April 8th, 1766 in Culpeper Co., Virginia.1 William's father was Jacob, Sr. Cleveland and his mother was Mildred (Milly) White. His paternal grandparents are Jeremiah Cleveland and Wife Unknown. He had nine brothers and three sisters, named Jeremiah, Rice, James, Wyatt, John, Jacob, Jr., Reuben, Daniel, Larkin, Mary, Martha and Elizabeth.
