Daniel deSaussure Bacot 
Daniel deSaussure was born on November 14th, 1798.1 Daniel deSaussure's father was Thomas Wright Bacot and his mother is Jane deSaussure. His paternal grandfather is Peter Bacot and his paternal grandmother was Elizabeth Harramond; his maternal grandparents are Henry deSaussure and Jane McPherson. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Thomas Wright, Peter, Richard Wainwright, Henry William, Elizabeth H., Francis Augustine, Jane Amelia deSaussure and Mary D.. He died at the age of 41 in November 1839.1 -
