Cassandra Ann Allen 
Cassandra Ann was born in 1837 in Claiborne, Louisana.1 Cassandra Ann's father was John Calhoun Allen and her mother was Mary Ann Holcombe. Her paternal grandfather was Hiram Allen and her paternal grandmother is Mary Ann Susanna Unknown. She had six brothers and two sisters, named Hiram George, John Birchfield, James D., Harmon Holcombe, George Washington, Thomas Price, Mary Ann Elizabeth and Martha. She was the fourth youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 67 on May 22nd, 1904 in Ranger, Texas.1 General Notes
