He had five brothers and four sisters, named Judson Carman, Lineas Leroy, Joseph Alvah, Richard E., John Franklin, Ann Judson, Myrtle, Caroline and Ida Eliza. He was the oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 62 in 1904 in Bourbon,KS.-
