Robert De was born in 1031 in Mortagne Au Perche, Orne, Normandy, France.  Robert De's father was Harlevin Herluin Conteville and his mother was Arlette Herleve De Falaise.  His paternal grandfather is Jean Of Tonnbridge De Conteville and his paternal grandmother was Mrs John Or Jean De Conteville; his maternal grandfather was Fulbert The Tanner De Falaise and his maternal grandmother is Doda Or Duxia Nmn Fulbert Falaise. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Odo Bishop Of, Andre Seigneur De, Emma, Muriel De and Miss De.  He was the third oldest of the six children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named William I The Conqueror King Of and Adelaide Of.  He died at the age of 64 on December 8th, 1095 in France.
