GOETZ
Mrs. Freda WINKLER GOETZ, 83, of 2125 Royce St., died at 4 p.m. Sunday at home.
Alifelong resident of Portsmouth, she was a member of First Evangelical United Church of Christ, taught the women's Bible class there, and also was a Bible teacher at Union Mission for 30 years.
Her husband, William R. GOETZ, died Aug. 15, 1965.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Marguerite GROPPENBECHER of Cincinnati; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Services are to be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Daehler Funeral Home with Rev. James P. WOLFE officiating. Interment is to be in Greenlawn Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Debt Retirement Fund at First Evangelical United Church of Christ.
