Thomas Skaggs 
Thomas was born in 1770 in , , Virginia, USA Or , Laurens, South Carolina, USA.1 Thomas' father was Charles Skaggs and his mother was Lucinda Thompson. His paternal grandparents were James Skaggs and Rachel Susannah Moredock. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Archibald, Frederick, Moses, Nancy, Polly, Rachel and Sally. He died at the age of 82 in 1852 in , Green, Kentucky, USA.2 General Notes
