Frederick Skaggs

Frederick's father was Charles Skaggs and his mother was Lucinda Thompson. His paternal grandparents were James Skaggs and Rachel Susannah Moredock. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Archibald, Thomas, Moses, Nancy, Polly, Rachel and Sally.
