Thomas Skaggs

Thomas was born in 1640 in Derry, Ulster, Ireland.  Thomas' father is Thomas Skaggs and his mother is Anne Wallard Or Wollard.  His paternal grandparents are William Skaggs and Elizabeth Or Mary Hatch.  He was an only child.  Thomas is no longer alive.

‌Thomas was married.  He had a biological son named Richard.
