Margaret Helen Skaggs Paris PARIS, MARGARET HELEN SKAGGS, 80, of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, August 4, 2004, at Baptist Hospital East. She was retired from the Alumni Office at the University of Louisville, a member of St. Martha Catholic Church and a 1942 graduate of Mount St. Joseph in Owensboro, KY. She is survived by her husband, Carl Paris; two sons, C. David Paris and Ronnie Paris; three daughters, Jeanette Paris, Marilyn Ernst and Donna Beckner; 18 grandchildren; and nine great-grand-children. Her funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Martha Catholic Church, 2825 Klondike Lane, with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Saturday and 1-4:30 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Ratterman & Sons, 3800 Bardstown Rd. Memorial gifts may be made to St. Joseph Children's Home or the American Lung Association.
