Maud MARSHAL 
Maud was born about 1192 in Pembroke, Wales.1 Maud's father was Margaret MARSHAL and her mother was Isabel DE CLARE. Her paternal grandparents were John MARSHAL and Sybil FITZ PATRICK; her maternal grandparents were Richard DE CLARE and Aoife/Eva MACMURROUGH. She had eight brothers and seven sisters, named William II, William, Richard, Gilbert, Walter, Anselm, Anselm/Ambrose, Gilbert III, Margaret, Eve, Isabel, Joan, Sibyl, Sybil and Eva. She had a half-brother named Roger. She died on March 27th, 1248.2 General Notes
