Jane was born in 1786 in PENNSYLVANIA. Jane's father was Benjamin BROOKS and her mother was Elizabeth H. HAWKINS. Her paternal grandparents were Cornelius BROOKS and Miss HENDERSON; her maternal grandparents were Joshua HIGGINS and Mary QUICK.
