Margaret BROOKS 
Margaret was born on January 29th, 1790 in PENNSYLVANIA. Margaret's father was Benjamin BROOKS and her mother was Elizabeth H. HAWKINS. Her paternal grandparents were Cornelius BROOKS and Miss HENDERSON; her maternal grandparents were Joshua HIGGINS and Mary QUICK. She had six brothers and three sisters, named David, Jeremiah, James, Joseph, Benjamin, William, Jane, Rebecca and Mary. She had two half-brothers named John and Washington. She died at the age of 86 on February 26th, 1876 in GROVE TWP, CAMERON CO., PENNSYLVANIA. She was buried in February 1876 in JERICO CEMETERY, CAMERON CO., PENNSYLVANIA.General Notes
