Benjamin DUBOISE 
Benjamin was born on May 16th, 1697 in New Paltz, Ulster, New York and his baptism took place on May 16th, 1697. Benjamin's father was Solomon DUBOISE and his mother was Tryntis Barensten FOCKEN. His paternal grandparents were Louis DUBOISE and Catherine BLANCHAN or BLANCON; his maternal grandparents were Gerrit Gerritsen FOCKEN and Jacomyntje (Jacomueyntie Barentsen) SLECHT. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Isaac, Cornelius, Hendrikus, Jacomyntge, Catryn, Sarah, Catharine, Magdalena and Deborah. He was the fourth oldest of the ten children.
