Catherine was born on October 27th, 1401 in Hotel St. Pol, Paris, France.  Catherine's father was Charles VI "The Beloved" Capet and her mother was Isabella of Bavaria.  Her paternal grandparents were Charles V "The Wise" Capet and Jeanne de Bourbon; her maternal grandparents were Stephen III "the Magnificent" and Thaddia Visconti. She had four brothers and four sisters, named John, Louis, Philip, Charles VII, Isabella, Joanna, Prioress of Poissy and Michelle.  She died in Bermondsey Abbey, England.


Catherine's first family with V Henry

‌Catherine and V were married in a religious ceremony on June 2nd, 1420 in Troyes Cathedral, France.  They had a son named VI.


Catherine's second family with Sir Owen Tudor

They had two sons and a daughter, named Jasper, Edmund and Mary.
