George Mainwaring

George was born about 1421. George's father was William Mainwaring and his mother was Margaret Warren. His paternal grandparents were Randle Mainwaring and Margery De Venables; his maternal grandparents were John Warren and Matilda Cheney. He had a brother and seven sisters, named Thomas, Elizabeth, Joan, Cecily, Ellen, Agnes, Margaret and Margery. He was the oldest of the nine children. He had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named John, Humphrey and Anne.
