David Goodale 
David was born on February 12th, 1789 in Marlboro, Massachusetts. David's father was Josiah Goodale and his mother was Persis Babcock. His paternal grandparents were Jonathon Goodale and Mary; his maternal grandparents were Jason Babcock and Mary Beeton. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Aaron, Joseph, Jonathon, Josiah, Levi, Polly, Persis, Fanny and Phebe. He was the fifth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 82 on January 1st, 1872 in Illinois.General Notes
