Persis Babcock 
Persis was born on February 22nd, 1757 in Westboro, Massachusetts. Persis' father was Jason Babcock and her mother was Mary Beeton. She was an only child. She died at the age of 83 on December 9th, 1840 in Concord, Essex, Vermont.General Notes

‌Persis and Josiah were married in a religious ceremony on September 13th, 1778 in New Hampshire. They had six sons and four daughters, named Aaron, Joseph, Jonathon, David, Josiah, Levi, Polly, Persis, Fanny and Phebe.
