He had a sister named Gisela Princess of France and the West. He had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Lothar I King of Italy, Holy Roman Emperor, Louis II 'the German' King of the East Franks, Adele(Adelaide) Princess of, Mathilda? and Hildegarde of.  He died in Brides-les-Baines,near Mt. Cenis in the Alps.  He was buried in St. Denis,Paris,Seine,France.1 1
