Henry Canmore was born in 1114 in Huntingttonshire,Scotland.  Henry Canmore's father was King David I (The Saint) Scotland and his mother was Maud Mathilda deHuntingdon.  His paternal grandparents were King Malcolm III Scotland and Saint Margaret Atheling England; his maternal grandparents were Earl Waltheof II and Judith de Lens. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Simon and Maude.  He died at the age of 38 on June 12th, 1152 in Huntingttonshire,Scotland.

‌Henry Canmore and Gundred Adelaide were married in a religious ceremony in 1137.  They had a son named The Lion.
