Naomi Shipley 
Naomi was born on April 26th, 1748 in Bedford Co.,Virginia. Naomi's father was Robert Shipley Jr. and her mother was Sarah Dorsey. Her paternal grandparents were Robert Shipley Sr. and Elizabeth Stevens; her maternal grandparents were Michael Dorsey and Ruth Todd. She had three brothers and six sisters, named Edward, Robert, George, Rachel, Ann, Lucy, Margaret, Mary and Nancy. She died at the age of 42 in 1790 in Crab Orchard,Lincoln Co.,Kentucky. She was buried in Beech Fork,Washington Co.,Kentucky.-
