Roger Harcourt

Roger was born about 1158 in Beaumont, France. Roger's father was Robert III De Beaumont III;Earlof Leicester; 3rd and his mother was Petronille De Grentmesnil. His paternal grandparents were Robert ('Bossu') De Beaumont and Amice De Gael; his maternal grandparents were Hugh II De Grentmesnil and Alice Beaumont. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Robert 'Fitz-Parnell', William De, Geoffrey De, Pernel De, William De, Amice De, Margaret De, Amicia, Mabel De and Hawise De. He was the fourth oldest of the eleven children. He died in 1202 in Scotland.
