Lucy Ann was born on October 19th, 1858 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake Cty, UT. Lucy Ann's father was Norman Ingles BLISS and her mother was Sariah LEWIS. Her paternal grandparents were Jesse BLISS and Fanny TUTTLE. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Wilford Norman, Henry, Edgar Francis, Elizabeth and Almeda. She was the third oldest of the six children. She had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Norman Ingles, Sanford, Alfred Fisk, Mary Ann, Fanny Melvins and Lillie Cecelia. She died at the age of 78 on May 16th, 1937 in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, CA. She was buried on May 19th, 1937 in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, CA.General Notes
