Sanford BLISS 
Sanford was born on November 10th, 1879. Sanford's father was Norman Ingles BLISS and his mother was Lydia Maria Fisk STOUT. His paternal grandparents were Jesse BLISS and Fanny TUTTLE; his maternal grandparents were Allen Joseph STOUT and Amanda Melvina FISK. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Norman Ingles, Alfred Fisk, Fanny Melvins and Lillie Cecelia. He was the second youngest of the five children. He had three half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Wilford Norman, Henry, Edgar Francis, Mary Ann, Elizabeth, Lucy Ann and Almeda. He died at the age of 2 on May 29th, 1882.-
