Lillie Cecelia BLISS 
Lillie Cecelia was born on August 26th, 1877 and her baptism took place in September 1877. Lillie Cecelia's father was Norman Ingles BLISS and her mother was Lydia Maria Fisk STOUT. Her paternal grandparents were Jesse BLISS and Fanny TUTTLE; her maternal grandparents were Allen Joseph STOUT and Amanda Melvina FISK. She had three brothers and a sister, named Norman Ingles, Sanford, Alfred Fisk and Fanny Melvins. She was the third oldest of the five children. She had three half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Wilford Norman, Henry, Edgar Francis, Mary Ann, Elizabeth, Lucy Ann and Almeda. She died at the age of 36 on July 10th, 1914 in St. George, Washington, UT. She was buried on July 13th, 1914 in Hurricane, Washington, UT.-
