Jane Holland 
Jane was born about 1322 in of Brackley,Northamptonshire,England.1 Jane's father was Robert d'Holland and her mother was Maud la Zouche. Her paternal grandparents were Robert d'Holland and Elizabeth de Samlesbury; her maternal grandparents were Alan la Zouche and Eleanor de Segrave. She had five brothers and five sisters, named Robert , 2nd Lord Holand, Kt., Thomas I, Alan, John, Otho, Mary, Maud, Matilda, Elizabeth and Margaret. She died in 1357.2 General Notes

Jane Holand m. 1st, Sir Edmund Talbot, of Bashall, who was constituted steward of Blackburnshire, 28th Edward I [1300], by Henry de Lacy, Earl of Lincoln, and was, 32nd Edward I, 1303, in the great expedition against Scotland. In the preceding year he received the honour of knighthood by bathing and other ceremonies along with Prince Edward, afterwards Edward II.
