Marie De was born in Of,Boves,Somme,France.  Marie De's father was Enguerrand III De COUCY and her mother was Marie de Montmirel-En-Brie.  Her paternal grandparents were Raoul I de Marle Sir De Coucy and Alix De DREUX; her maternal grandfather was Jean De MONTMIRAIL. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Raoul II De, Jean De, Enguerrand IV Count Of, Alix De and Jeanne De.  She died about 1250 in Newbottle,Scotland.  She was buried in ,Newbottle,Durham,England.1
