Enguerrand III De was born about 1182 in Of,Boves,Somme,France.  Enguerrand III De's father was Raoul I de Marle Sir De Coucy and his mother was Alix De DREUX.  His paternal grandparents were Enguerrand II Lord of De Coucy and Agnes DE BEAUGENCY; his maternal grandparents were Robert Count of Dreux and Agnes Ctsse de Baudemont. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Thomas II De, Raoul De, Robert I De, Yolande, Isabeau de Coucy and Agnes De.  He was the third oldest of the seven children. He had three half-sisters named Yolande de, Isabeau De and Ade De.  He died in 1242.
