His paternal grandparents were Henry Logan and Martha Ann George. He had five brothers and five sisters, named John, Alonzo, Claud, William, Amazon, Ella Armand Bell, Ursula, Ida, Ada and Fanny. He was the third youngest of the eleven children. He had six half-brothers and seven half-sisters, named James C., Napoleon B., George M. Dallas, Richard Loyall, Ellis, Jr., Commodore, Martha Eudora, Julia Ann, Mary Jane, D. Alabama, Virginia, Vera Dell and Erdele. He died at the age of 76 on August 31st, 1958 in Tampa, Hillsborough Co., FL.1 -
