Her paternal grandparents were Henry Logan and Martha Ann George; her maternal grandparents were James Wood and Mary Reneau. She had six brothers and four sisters, named James C., Napoleon B., George M. Dallas, Richard Loyall, Ellis, Jr., Commodore, Martha Eudora, Julia Ann, Mary Jane and Virginia. She was the fourth youngest of the eleven children. She had six half-brothers and seven half-sisters, named John, Alonzo, Claud, William, Addison Clarion, Amazon, Ella Armand Bell, Ursula, Ida, Ada, Fanny, Vera Dell and Erdele. She died at the age of 69 on January 14th, 1924 in Tuscaloosa, Tuscaloosa Co., AL.1 General Notes
