Frances Meadows 
Frances was born in 1845 in Tazewell County,Virginia. Frances' father was Drewey Haston Meadows and his mother was Rebecca Ratliff. His maternal grandparents were Richard Ratliff and Lydia Ratliff. He had six brothers and a sister, named Shadrick, Meshack, Parris, Benjamin, John, Richard H and Lydia Jane. He was the second oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 50 on August 18th, 1895 in Buchanan County,Virginia.-
