Roy Sipes

Roy was born on February 7th, 1927. Roy's father was George R. Sipes and his mother was Emma Deckard. His paternal grandparents were George Sipes and Lou Reynolds; his maternal grandparents were Benjamin Deckard and Mary Polly Ann Kinser.
