William E. Spicer 
William E. was born about August 1859 in , , Illinois. William E.'s father was Joseph S. Spicer and his mother was Elizabeth Ann Daily. His paternal grandparents were Daniel Spicer and Mary Catherine Darner; his maternal grandparents were John Daily and Lillitta. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Thomas F., Franklin, Logan, Samuel, Mary E., Elnora Jane, Catherine Elizabeth and Naomi Frances. He was the fourth youngest of the nine children. He died on January 24th, 1860 in , Wayne, Illinois. He was buried in Hale Cemetary, Wayne, Illinois.-
