John Jakob Derner

John Jakob was born on January 25th, 1727 in Ibesheim, Zweibrucken, Germany.  John Jakob's father was Johann Bernhard Darner and his mother was Anna Katharina Pfuster.  His paternal grandparents were Johannes Darner and Maria Katherina Werneich; his maternal grandfather was Jacob Pfuster. He had four brothers and three sisters, named George Jakob, Johann Peter, Johann Valentin, John Heinrich, Anna Barbara, Anna Catharina and Katharina Margareta.  He died at the age of 82 on May 29th, 1809 in Middletown, Frederick County, MD.
