Susan Viola was born on July 23rd, 1906 in , , Tennessee. Susan Viola's father was William Harve Price and her mother was Martha Jane Manis. Her paternal grandparents were William James Price and Sarah Jane Forrester; her maternal grandparents were Malin A. Manis and Sarah Elizabeth Hilton. She had six brothers and six sisters, named Milum Jackson, Amos Anderson, Guy P., Elmer Basil, Jimmie Thomas, Albert Miller, Mary Parolee, Stella J., Lonley Effie, Sarah Elizabeth, Dinah Mae and Vangie Pauline. She was the seventh oldest of the thirteen children. She died at the age of 81 on October 15th, 1987.-
