Mary Parolee was born on November 18th, 1892 in , , Tennessee. Mary Parolee's father was William Harve Price and her mother was Martha Jane Manis. Her paternal grandparents were William James Price and Sarah Jane Forrester; her maternal grandparents were Malin A. Manis and Sarah Elizabeth Hilton. She had six brothers and six sisters, named Milum Jackson, Amos Anderson, Guy P., Elmer Basil, Jimmie Thomas, Albert Miller, Stella J., Lonley Effie, Sarah Elizabeth, Susan Viola, Dinah Mae and Vangie Pauline. She was the oldest of the thirteen children. She died at the age of 54 on January 5th, 1947.-
