Nancy Whitney 
Nancy was born on July 14th, 1791 in Darien, CT.1 Nancy's father was Henry Whitney and her mother was Prudence Grey. Her paternal grandparents were Eliasaph Whitney and Mary Bishop. She had eight brothers and three sisters, named Platt, Harvey, William Henry, James, Alfred Eliasaph, John, George, Richard Lewis, Sally, Louisa and Betsy Ann. She was the second oldest of the twelve children.-
