Louisa Whitney 
Louisa was born on November 24th, 1800 in Darien, CT.1 Louisa's father was Henry Whitney and her mother was Prudence Grey. Her paternal grandparents were Eliasaph Whitney and Mary Bishop. She had eight brothers and three sisters, named Platt, Harvey, William Henry, James, Alfred Eliasaph, John, George, Richard Lewis, Nancy, Sally and Betsy Ann. She was the sixth oldest of the twelve children.-
